Future stars at Park High this evening

Over 50 Year 5 pupils from Blacko, Laneshaw Bridge, Park Primary and Christchurch headed up to Park this evening for a bench-ball taster session.  Pupils were initially split into mixed teams to practice and learn the rules and tactics. Then the excitement levels raised dramatically, as pupils reunited with their school team-mates for a bit a competition to finish off the evening.  All pupils played fantastically well, developing their skills and confidence each game -  I am sure they will sleep well tonight! A big thank you to Hannah Beebe, Zack Stanforth and Megan Wheeler for working with the teams and umpiring the games. 3 future PE teachers right there!
