Lancashire Schools Athletics
Park pupils excel at Lancashire County event.
On Saturday the Lancashire Schools Athletics Championships were held at Stanley Park in Blackpool and a number of Park pupils represented Pendle and, as usual, performed brilliantly.
Lottie Hesketh finished in 7th in the Inter Girls 1500m, running a PB along the way and Max Belshaw finished 4th in the 400m.
In the 200m Phoebe Law was fantastic, finishing in 1st place and being crowned as County Champion, a fabulous achievement.
Well done to all the pupils involved. Athletics club continues every Thursday after school and all pupils are welcome.
