Year 11 ASDAN pupils welcome visitor

As part of one of their projects the Yr11 ASDAN group were visited by Gen Paljin a Buddhist monk from the Buddha Land Kadampa Meditation Centre that has centres in both Keighley and Burnley.

The students were given an insightful talk about many of Buddhism's beliefs, Gen's pathway to becoming a monk and a Q&A session. Gen Paljin also delivered a 10 minute guided meditation to highlight the importance of "inner peace".
