British science week at Nelson & Colne College.

Some of our Park STEM Ambassadors (mix of year 8 and 9s) got the chance to take part in a Biology session run by one of the A-Level tutors in which they extracted their own DNA from their cheek cells.  They also got goodie bags including details of upcoming open evenings and the courses available - one pupil has now already chosen his A-Levels in science!
