Marathon Challenge
Pupils work together to complete the 'Marathon Challenge'
The poor weather this week did not deter our pupils as we completed the 'Marathon Challenge' in core PE lessons. Pupils were tasked with working together to run over 42,000m in lessons to complete the distance of a marathon.
The Year 9 girls set the standard with a fantastic effort on Tuesday and pupils in all lessons were superb. The Year 8 boys completed the biggest distance, completing just over 48000 metres.
Well done to all the pupils this week. Athletics practice continues every Thursday with all pupils welcome.
