More badminton success for U14's

Following on from success last week tonight it was the U14 boys doubles at Pendle Vale.
After last week's singles tournaments, tonight it was the U14 doubles and 6 pairs travelled to Pendle Vale looking for success. In the round-robin games there were some strong performances with Harry Jordan and Henry Robinson, Ashton Nolan and Felix Chew, Charlie Ellison and Alfie Hartley and Jordan Lord and George Gissing-Collins all narrowly missing out on a place in the quarter-finals.
Last weeks U14 singles Champion Kyran Denton made it through to the quarter-finals along with Hugo Mulligan and Oliver Lisak. Hugo and Oliver were unlucky to lose 7-6 in their quarter-final but 2 strong performances from Kyran and Ethan meant they contested the final against the pair who had beatson Hugo and Oliver.
Another fantastic, dominant performance saw Kyran and Ethan (pictured) win the final 15-6 to be crowned Pendle U14 doubles champions.
A great evening with a superb group of boys who represented Park brilliantly, well done to all involved.
