Park pupils visit Wembley
Last weekend Park pupils attended the Womens international match between England and USA at Wembley.
Girls football has really grown over the last year at Park and we have had 5 teams play in the Lancashire and English Schools trophies with almost 50 girls regularly playing and training.
In order to further boost aspirations a trip was organised to watch England Lionesses take on USA at Wembley as part of a crowd of just short of 80000.
Despite the game finishing 0-0 the girls had a fantastic time and we look forward to further trips like this.
