Primary Tag Rugby Competition

Blacko narrowly miss out to Park Primary to be Tag Rugby Champions!

The Pennine Trust primary schools competed in a Tag rugby tournament on another beautiful spring afternoon. Despite some of the pupils having never played before, there was some excellent sprinting, passing and tagging and some superb tries were scored. Park primary were undefeated, Blacko came runners up and Laneshaw Bridge and Lord St came joint third. The games were controlled by Park High pupils Jackson Allen and Charlie Sayer who did an amazing job.

The Year 3 and 4 pupils will get a chance at competing next term in football and benchball so the Year 6's can concentrate on SATs!
