The Pennine Trust Primary Benchball Tournament

Teams from Year 3 and 4 at Laneshaw Bridge, Blacko and Lord St came to Park High on Tuesday evening to play the loudest game of Benchball ever!

What a fantastic night it was to see so many pupils playing benchball. The standard was very high and the pupils, staff and even the parents were very competitive! Each school played against the others schools twice, with every game being battled until the very end. The scores were extremely close with the decision coming down to the final game between Lord Street and Laneshaw Bridge. The game was won by Laneshaw Bridge meaning that the overall result was a tie for first place between the two schools! Well done to all involved and thankyou to my amazing leaders. I am looking forward to the Football tournament in a couple of weeks.
