  • Year 11 REST-REVISE-REPEAT

    Published 21/05/24

As Year 11 prepare for the final weeks of their GCSE examinations, it is important this half-term that they have a balance between REST and REVISIONStudents should plan revision every day for the remaining exams. This half term will be different to any of their previous half terms as revision is essential. However, equally important is rest each day, breaking down revision into chunks.

    Mr Allen's advice:

    • Create a study routine
    • Don’t compare yourself to others.
    • Set attainable goals
    • Study in short bursts every day
    • Exercise once a day - even if it's just a walk outside
    • Inspire yourself
    • Reward yourself
    • Get enough sleep

The first exam after half term is Maths paper 2 at 9.00am on Monday 3rd June.

They contain 70% protein, so they are considered more sustainable and environmentally friendlier than other sources of protein on the market. While they will be unlikely to completely replace traditional sources of protein, they will play an important part in helping feed a growing world population that requires good sources of protein in their diet. They then had the opportunity to design their own Indiana Jones themed games, followed by a Q&A with the student ambassadors and a tour of all the facilities on offer at the university (including their rooftop garden).   HOME - University of Central Lancashire Games Design Course (gamescourse.co.uk)
