The Year 8 team qualified for the Lancashire Schools Indoor Athletic finals which were held today.

Each week, students earn credits in every subject for actively engaging in lessons and producing outstanding work. At the end of the week, the Student of the Week award is presented to the top two students in each house who have received the highest number of credits.

Thank you to Park Primary School for hosting seven of our year 10 students as part of their workplace encounter on PD day. Our students thoroughly enjoyed their time and were able to take part in numerous activities. Staff at Park got in touch to let us know how amazing our students were: 'Every student dressed really smartly, worked really hard and was a credit to Park High school!'.
On Tuesday year 10 took part in a successful day meeting local employers. Students were able to explore different opportunities, finding out key information which helped them to widen their knowledge regarding their future career opportunities. A big thank you to our guests; The Army, RAF, Media Village, Morrisons and the Eric Wright group. They were all fantastic, providing our students with key information.
