Published 14/11/23Year 10 continues to work through their meat, fish and egg module by making scotch eggs. With 20 skills to demonstrate next year in their practical exam, this well-loved dish ticks off 7 of them and can further be enhanced with a home-made sauce and garnish. Pupils use a temperature probe to ensure the sausage meat has reached the correct temperature for food safety while the yolk stays runny on the inside.

Published 12/11/23Many of our Park Family have represented different community organisations across Pendle in Remembrance Services and Parades this Sunday. Students have worn uniforms with pride representing Army Cadets, Guides, and Scouts to name a few and have played key roles in upholding community traditions to honour those who sacrificed for us. From Standard Bearers to wreath layers, we are so immensely proud of them.

Published 12/11/23Park High School hosted Stage Door Youth Theatre over the weekend for their production of Peter Pan. Wow what an absolutely fantastic production it was! Several of the talented Park Family were in the cast as well as many more familiar faces behind the scenes backstage in key roles to ensure the audience were taken on a wonderful journey to Neverland.

Published 10/11/23A huge well done to our Year 11 students who have just finished a week of Mock Examination in the sports hall. The intense week included a morning and afternoon examination.
During the next few weeks, the students will review the papers in class and look for gaps in knowledge to target with their teachers.
