Students thoroughly enjoyed making extremely loud bangs during their final Chemistry lesson of the year! The hydrogen and oxygen reaction was a huge success and there were some epic bangs. The second Pendle Employer and Education Summit took place this morning at Colne Park High School. An excellent eye-opening morning, exploring why and how employer engagement is crucial to both the growth of students and of businesses.
Thursday night saw the welcome return of Key Stage 3 Sports Presentation. Almost 200 pupils and parents filled the Drama studio as we all celebrated the fantastic achievements of our pupils this year.

Lord Street Primary beat Laneshaw Bridge Primary 3-1 in a Netball match held at Park High School.
Our self-confessed squad of computer geeks (!) have thoroughly enjoyed their morning of professional learning, making sure their knowledge of Python and coding is of the highest of standards.
