Recently, ten of our year 8 students had an amazing visit to Colne Fire station as part of work place Wednesdays. We were met by Mark who kindly showed us around the station! Our students got to explore the fire struck, learn about the different roles within the fire service and they asked key questions to find out about the different pathways. Every student who attended represented school brilliantly! Thank you to Mark from Colne fire station, our students thoroughly enjoyed the trip.

Year 8 - Workplace Wednesday!
Last Wednesday, ten year 8 students visited Pendle Leisure Centre for workplace Wednesday! They explored the centre and found out all about the key roles within the trust. They also gained insight into how the centre operates and how teamwork is a key skill which is needed to ensure that everything runs smoothly! Our students enjoyed the visit. Thank you to Tom for showing us around and providing a positive experience for our year 8 students!
For the past few weeks, Ella from Burnley College has been visiting our school to support students with their applications after school in the library along with Miss Barker. All Year 11 students are welcome to come along again tonight to get their applications finished! College application nights will be every Monday in the library after school. #nextsteps #careers #yourfuture
At Park High School, we celebrate students who embody our learning habits and values both inside and outside the classroom. Park Points are awarded to those who demonstrate these qualities, and each week, the top five students with the most Park Points receive the Park Point Award!
🎉 Congratulations to Week 11’s winners! 🎉
Each week, students earn credits in every subject for actively engaging in lessons and producing outstanding work. At the end of the week, the Student of the Week award is presented to the top two students in each house who have received the highest number of credits.
A huge congratulations to Week 13’s Student of the Week winners!
Students were invited to the Ambition Pop-up Stall at lunchtime, where they could showcase pieces of work they were most proud of!
Staff were eager to get involved too!
