    Within the Pennine Trust, we have many fantastic opportunities for students to innovate, include and inspire. 

    One of which is our incredible Multi-Academy Trust Choir. All students from our academy schools are welcome to come along and join in with rehearsals led by Miss Sheryn. Rehearsals are Thursday's 4.00pm-5.00pm and are located at Laneshaw Bridge Primary School.

    Hurrah!  The time has come when we can finally share the outcome of our Ofsted visit.  I’m absolutely delighted with the result of our latest inspection and so proud of the recognition that our children describe Park as “a happy and safe place where they can concentrate on their learning."

    There are so many lovely comments about our students, teachers and leaders in the report...too many to mention here, but the report is now available to view on our website.

    We know the hard work doesn’t stop here, and our journey is of continual improvement. I have no doubt that, as a Park family, we will achieve our ultimate aim of offering outstanding provision for all.

    It was all hands on deck following the slight panic of a missing pulse during resting heart rate measuring but all Year 10 Biologists were confirmed to be alive and well in the end (!)   • Year 11 Grade 9 Conference

    Thirty of our Year 11 students attended a GCSE Grade 9 Booster Conference at the Municipal Halll on Thursday. The event attended by all Pendle high schools involved keynote speaker Dr Sara Ward, an Oxford University Outreach Presentation - 'Why University', English, Maths and Science booster sessions.

    In addition to the subject booster sessions the students focussed on metacognition and the importance of  great literacy in accessing exam questions.
